AI skill · Volume 2 · Workflow K4
What is a key TIC customer actually doing, and when did they say so?
It reads a customer's public record and returns dated, sourced signals of what they are doing, ranked by what each one cost them. It says what the strongest signals oblige them to prove and, from the second run, what has changed. What your firm does about it stays your decision.
It is workflow K4 of the twelve in AI for Key Account Management, sold on its own as one AI skill file (.zip) with a two-page start-here guide. Everything it writes is a draft for a person to check.
What you give it, and what comes back.
You attach: the customer's public sources.
You get back: Dated, sourced signals of what a customer is doing, ranked by what each one cost them.
It does not: say what to do about the signals. It reads only the sources you give it.
The customer's public sources and, for the last step, your firm's accreditation scope annexe and roadmap.

What it looks like when you use it.
Run in Microsoft Copilot Chat (Basic), work or school account on 20 September 2026. The company and the announcements below are invented for this example. The skill's text, 10,879 characters, was pasted into the chat in one go. The output is the skill's own, run once, unedited. Your assistant's wording will differ: AI answers change between assistants and between runs.

output · what came back
Signals table. Baseline run, no previous table supplied.
| Signal | Date | Source | Rank |
|---|---|---|---|
| New factory in Nordavia planned to open in 2027 | 3 February 2026 | Note provided by user | Capital committed |

Top-rank translations: what the move would oblige them to prove
- New factory in Nordavia planned to open in 2027 (3 February 2026). A new site would oblige them to prove conformity, approvals, inspections, audits, or other site-related requirements associated with products manufactured from that location.
- Wireless charging production to be moved to the new Nordavia factory (11 May 2026). Consolidating production into a specific site would oblige them to demonstrate that products manufactured from the new location continue to meet applicable requirements and approvals.
Questions for the user. No questions.
What to notice. Every signal carries its date and its source, and the ranking is the report's, by what the move cost the customer rather than by how it sounds. Nothing is said about what your firm should do next: that decision stays yours.
The skill, or the report?
The skill and the report cannot drift apart. What this skill runs is what the report prescribes, checked line by line before every release. You are not buying a loose interpretation of the workflow. The report behind it, AI for Key Account Management, sets out the method and the evidence for all twelve workflows, and every licence of it includes all twelve as skills. A skill bought on its own is not taken off the price of the report.
