AI in TIC Playbook · AI skills

Which TIC sales AI skills can you buy one at a time?

Two, at US$19 each: W2 regulatory triggers from Volume 1 and K4 customer strategy reader from Volume 2. Every other workflow comes with its report: a licence includes all twelve of that volume's workflows as skills, at no extra cost.

A skill is a file you add to an AI assistant, so a workflow runs without pasting a prompt into the chat. Buy one when you own one step of the sales process and do not need the whole report.

Two workflows, sold as skill files.

Both read public material, so you can try one without taking a customer's file out of your own systems.

Volume 1 · Stage 1 · Find

W2 Regulatory triggers

A regulatory change classified as structured data, and a short outreach email.

You attach: the regulatory announcement.

It does not: find companies for you. It classifies the change and drafts one email.

Volume 2 · Decide and price

K4 Customer strategy reader

Dated, sourced signals of what a customer is doing, ranked by what each one cost them.

You attach: the customer's public sources.

It does not: say what to do about the signals. It reads only the sources you give it.

Each is one workflow and its prompts, copied word for word from the report it belongs to. Everything a skill writes is a draft for a person to check, and none of them sends anything.

Will a skill work on your plan?

Uploading a skill file needs a particular plan in every assistant. Pasting the skill's text into a chat works on any of them.

If your plan will not load a skill file, you can still use it. A skill is plain text, so you open the file and paste its text into a chat instead. That is how we tested it in ChatGPT, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot Chat. Inside the file is SKILL.md; if it opens in an unexpected program, right-click it and choose Open with, then Notepad on Windows or TextEdit on a Mac.

Read at each maker's own pages, 18 to 20 September 2026. They change often, and we do not control them, so the maker's page is the authority. Your organisation's settings can also block skills whatever your plan allows. Every skill comes with a guide that links each maker's instructions.

What we tested, and what happened

Uploaded as a skill file and run in Claude on 18 September 2026. Pasted as text and run on 20 September 2026 in ChatGPT and Gemini, each on a free account, and in Microsoft Copilot Chat (Basic) in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, signed in with a work or school account. We have not tested uploading a skill file to Microsoft 365 Copilot, which needs the Frontier Program. We do not claim what we have not tested.

Assistants differ, and we saw it. Asked for a detail we had not given, ChatGPT and Gemini stopped and asked for it; Microsoft Copilot drafted the email and left the missing details in brackets, marked "Draft for review only". Neither invented one. Wording varies between assistants, and between one run and the next.

What the other workflows do.

These come with their report. Each page shows what the workflow does, with the opening of a real run.

A workflow is sold on its own only when it runs on its own. The other nine workflows have no page here. Each needs another workflow's output before it can start, so a run of one on its own would show something no firm would ever do. Every workflow, page or no page, comes with its report as a ready-made skill file at no extra cost.
